Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of the BioData Maker PH Android app and website, operated by Joshua Adrab. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your location; children should use the service only with a parent or guardian where permitted.

Permitted use

You may use BioData Maker PH to create bio-data forms, resumes, CVs, and related application materials for lawful personal or professional purposes. You must not disrupt the service, bypass security or feature limits, manipulate ad rewards, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits, use unauthorized automation, infringe another person's rights, or create deceptive, harmful, or unlawful materials.

Your information, scans, and documents

You retain responsibility for and any rights you hold in information, photos, scans, prompts, and documents you provide. You give us and our service providers a limited right to process that material only as needed to provide the feature you request, protect the service, and comply with law. You must have permission to use content relating to another person. Review names, dates, contact details, qualifications, references, recognized scan text, and identification details before using or sharing a generated document.

Local storage and availability

Most resume and profile content is stored locally on your device. Clearing app or browser data, uninstalling the app, changing devices, or losing access to a device may permanently remove it. You are responsible for keeping any backup you need and for deleting exported or shared copies. We aim to keep online features available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device.

AI-assisted features

Optional AI features send the content needed for your request to OpenAI through our backend. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. It is a draft, not professional, legal, recruitment, or factual advice. You must review and edit it before relying on it, and you remain responsible for the final document and how it is used. Do not use AI features to make unlawful decisions about another person or submit content you are not authorized to process.

Advertising and rewards

The app may show Google AdMob ads and offer optional rewarded ads. An advertised product or service is provided by the advertiser, not BioData Maker PH, and its appearance is not an endorsement. A reward is granted only after successful verification and may be withheld or reversed for incomplete, duplicated, manipulated, or fraudulent activity. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may change or end where permitted by law.

Templates and intellectual property

The app, website, branding, interface, and template system are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use and share documents you create for your own applications and ordinary personal or business purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app, website, or template system as a competing product, or remove proprietary notices.

Third-party services

Features may rely on Supabase, OpenAI, Google services including AdMob and Analytics, Web3Forms, hCaptcha, operating-system services, or external links. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or actions, except to the extent required by law.

No employment guarantee; disclaimers

BioData Maker PH is a document-preparation tool, not an employer, recruiter, background-check provider, or legal or career-placement service. A template, scan, suggestion, score, export, or AI result does not guarantee accuracy, an interview, employment, or acceptance by an applicant tracking system. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioData Maker PH and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost data, opportunities, income, or reputation arising from use of the service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Suspension, changes, and contact

We may restrict access to online features when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, maintenance, or a serious breach of these terms. We may update these terms as the service develops; material changes will have a new effective date and, where appropriate, notice in the app. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
